Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet.
In reflexology, every organ, valve, muscle, etc. can be accessed via a point or area on the feet. These pathways between pressure points and other parts of the body are thought to be connected viathe nervous system.

Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. (The benefits of foot reflexology can mirror that of a full body massage).

According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet.

Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as:
allergies        digestion      headaches       muscle aches     depression

EarSeeds

Initial Assessment: $40
Follow-up treatments: $25

Auriculotherapy is often described as reflexology for the ear.
There are hundreds of points on the ear that are believed to represent a microsystem of the whole body, with points for areas both physical and emotional. The stimulation of these pointsis known as Auriculotherapy. Ear seeds stimulate those pointsnaturally and non-invasively.

How does it work?
Small black seeds from the vaccaria plant ormetal pellets are secured on the ear with apiece of adhesive tape over specificacupressure points. The continuous mild pressure they exertis amplified by stimulating the seed witha few seconds of fingertip massageevery few hours. Left on for 5-7 day this therapy depends on the clients active participation in their treatment.

Once removed, client and therapist discuss effectiveness and outcomes, and either re-assess, or continue to treat, on a case-by-case basis.
