Formerly an amateur competitive Ballroom and Latin dancer — growing up playing softball, tennis, and studying dance— finding an appreciation & passion for Pickle-ball, Yoga, CrossFit and Kickboxing— I have always had an interest in being physically active (yes, at times competitive) and always maintaining a respect for what the body can (and can't) do.
As a graduate from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage (ITM), I maintain Massage & Bodywork licenses in both New Jersey and Tennessee. Trained in Lymphatic, Reflexology, Orthopedic, Prenatal, Sports, Shiatsu, and other modalities, as well as being a Certified Cupping Therapist through the International Cupping Therapy Association, my passion is for Sports, Medical, Therapeutic/Orthopedic massage.
I want to help people feel better, increase range of motion, move freely and live pain free whenever possible!
This passion, along with a fascination and appreciation for Anatomy & Physiology, allows me to confidently and appropriately include Range of Motion work, Resistance and Strength work, Stretching, Postural suggestions, and general day-to-day maintenance regimens into my treatment sessions.
I rely heavily on preventative medicine, eating well, stretching and praying daily, consistent self-care, taking time to unplug and relax, breathing in the fresh air, learning something new as often as possible, challenging comfort zones, the power of positive thinking, and Relying On GOD for all things.
Massage is not a luxury, but an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
